About Hanah Burhan

I’m a Real Estate Negotiator with IQI Global, with over 10 years of experience in the Malaysian property market since 2011. I’m passionate about helping people find the right property and making the process smooth and easy.

I started my career with Henry Butcher Malaysia, where I worked on projects like CapSquare Residence KL and Foresthill. This gave me a strong foundation in project sales.

In 2012, I joined Setia Haruman in Cyberjaya, focusing on bungalow land and commercial properties in areas like Perdana Lakeview and the CBD.

I’ve also worked with overseas investors, especially from Singapore, successfully closing deals remotely without them visiting the site.

Overall, my experience has helped me build strong knowledge in land sales, large developments, and building trust with clients.

In 2013, I joined SP Setia and focused on luxury landed properties in Setia Eco Glades.

I gained more experience in high-end property sales, marketing, and handling KPKT requirements.

I was also involved in projects with sales value exceeding RM100 million, which helped me improve in handling bigger transactions.

In 2017, I moved into agency work starting with IWP Properties, then Tech Real Estate, focusing on subsale properties. I mainly handled landed homes, condos, and luxury units in areas like Cyberjaya, KLCC, Bukit Damansara, and Tropicana.

I also worked with developers like SuezCap on projects including retail malls in KL, and was involved in some cross-border property investments in Thailand.

Since 2023, I’ve been with IQI Global, focusing on project sales in areas like Petaling Jaya, Damansara, KL City, and JBCC.

My approach is simple, I focus on understanding clients’ needs, sharing honest advice, and helping them make the right property decisions based on market knowledge and experience.
