Zenia: The maiden residential launch
Zenia marks the first residential phase within the ParkCity Damansara masterplan. Spanning 55.05 acres with an estimated gross development value of approximately RM2 billion, it introduces a combination of landed ParkHomes and high-rise CondoVillas, with completion targeted around 2030.
