About Hanah Burhan

I am a dedicated Real Estate Negotiator with IQI Global, bringing over a decade of experience in the Malaysian property market since 2011. My journey in real estate has been shaped by continuous growth, hands-on experience, and a deep passion for connecting people with the right property opportunities.

I began my career shortly after completing my college studies with Henry Butcher Malaysia, where I was involved in the CapSquare project by BRDB Developments. Although my time there was brief, it provided a strong foundation in project-based real estate.

In 2012, I joined Setia Haruman, the master developer of Cyberjaya. During this period, I was actively involved in marketing bungalow land in Perdana Lakeview East & West, as well as commercial properties within Cyberjaya. This experience strengthened my understanding of large-scale developments and land sales.

I was later offered an opportunity with SP Setia, where I specialized in luxury landed developments, particularly Setia Eco Glades. Here, I expanded my expertise in high-end property sales, refined my marketing strategies, and gained valuable exposure in handling regulatory processes such as KPKT compliance. I was also involved in transactions exceeding RM100 million, further enhancing my capability in managing high-value deals.

In 2017, I transitioned into the agency line, beginning with IWP Properties, before moving to Tech Real Estate, where I spent several years focusing on subsale properties. My core markets included Cyberjaya, KLCC, and Tropicana, allowing me to build a strong network and in-depth knowledge across these key locations.

Since 2023, I have been part of IQI Global, where I focus primarily on project sales in prime areas such as Petaling Jaya, Damansara, KLCC, and Johor Bahru City Centre (JBCC). I continue to provide clients with strategic insights, honest advice, and tailored property solutions.
